The interior has marble floors, an imported Italian staircase, limestone columns, a stone wine cellar and five fireplaces.
Ali and Mahdieh Askari were the sellers. The sale sets a record for the Biltmore neighborhood, said Frank Aazami of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, which had the listing.
