Donkey Basketball is coming to Trinity Christian Academy

As if basketball wasn’t entertaining enough, putting asses in the mix makes the game even more exciting.
This is what will happen at Trinity Christian Academy in Andrews on March 31.
This unique fundraiser is organized to benefit the school’s programs.
Announced attendees include Georgetown County Sheriff Carter Weaver, County Coroner Chase Ridgeway, County Councilman Raymond Newton, former County Administrator Sel Hemingway, McDonald Elementary Superintendent Mack Burgess, Bradley Cribb, Mitch Moore and others.
There must also be a poop scoop. It will be the principal of Trinity School, Chelsey Goude.
Kara Nesbitt, one of the organizers of the event, said it would be a full match with half time. She said that during halftime, children will be allowed to take guided donkey rides.
Tickets are available at the school for $10 before the event or, if tickets are available, for $15 the night of the event. They can also be purchased by calling Nesbitt at 843-325-7772. The school is located at 607 West Ashland Drive in Andrews.
