The Cathedral of the Incarnation, in the heart of Baltimore, Maryland, feels called to welcome all to worship with joy, care deeply, and act boldly as followers of Christ. The Cathedral community is vibrant, diverse, inclusive, progressive and multi-generational. Our ministry team is talented, creative, grounded, fun-loving and we enjoy working together to support our common mission. Our ministry is focused on supply: a wide range of vibrant worship opportunities, strong program offerings specifically focused on Christian formation for all ages, and outreach focused on social and racial justice. We seek to cultivate a new generation of Christians to dismantle the racial hierarchies that permeate our society so that we can become the beloved community where toddlers and elders explore their faith together, where young people plan and lead the ministries of justice, and all adults in formation care for the children and youth of the church.

We are looking to fill this position immediately. Please submit a resume with salary requirements to the Most Reverend Rob Boulter, Dean to [email protected]
