The organization is strengths-based and inclusive. All BCYMP mentors are recruited, selected, trained and supported using evidence-based best practices from the National Mentoring Partnership.

Any parent or guardian of a Kindergarten to Grade 12 student in Brookings County can apply to have a BCYMP 1: 1 mentor for their child and / or participate in small group coaching.
