The Big Fresno Fair announced the following artists as part of the Table Mountain 2021 concert series at Paul Paul Theater presented by Coors Light and Toyota: Anthrax, Young the Giant, Chris Tomlin, Midland, Nelly and Blanco Brown.

This is the first round of entertainment announcements with more to follow to fill the 12 nights of the 2021 Fresno Grand Fair. Tickets are already open to the general public.

Anthrax – Wednesday October 6 | Ticket prices: $ 42, $ 32, $ 22

Formed in 1981 in New York City, Anthrax has evolved into the living embodiment of the American response to high-top, riff-spitting and heart-wrenching new wave of British heavy metal. The band, with over ten million records sold, has performed alongside other Big Four thrash metal bands such as Metallica, Slayer and Megadeth. With the group consisting of five members, each member brings ideas and suggestions to each song, giving their own creativity and chemistry to their music. Drummer Charlie Benante is making forays into writing with basic riffs and other ideas; rhythm guitarist Scott Ian has a very special way of incorporating his intense lyrical ideas into the band’s music; Bello proved to be a very talented songwriter, which helped distinguish the band’s music from others in the same genre; Belladonna shapes her voice to make the best use of her rising voice; and guitarist Jon Donais brings overwhelming tracks. Young the Giant recently released their fourth album, Mirror Master, with sounds of a layered meditation on identity in modern life. COVID-19 GUIDELINES

Fair Management continues to work with the Fresno County Department of Public Health on health and safety guidelines for the 2021 Fresno Grand Fair, as she returns to an in-person event.
