Adeboye visits Imo on ‘prophetic mission’, meets Uzodimma

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Rev. Enoch Adeboye has paid a visit to Imo State.

State Governor Hope Uzodimma, who hosted the cleric, described the visit as a “prophetic mission of divine intervention”.

Uzodimma announced Adeboye’s visit on Friday evening, as he also appreciated the octogenarian for his support for the state.

Uzodimma said, “It is a pleasure to welcome the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Rev. Enoch A. Adeboye and his church team as they visit Imo State in part of a prophetic mission of divine intervention in the challenges we face.

“During our struggle against insecurity and the threats associated with it, we have never failed to seek divine intervention. Because as Christians, we are exhorted to pray without ceasing, in all circumstances.

“May I on behalf of the Government and good people of Imo State express deep gratitude to Daddy GO and The Redeemed Christian Church of God for their support and prayers in the stability of our dear State and the nation as a whole.

“Rest assured of Imo State’s hospitality and secure partnership in this mission.”
